Our Process

Consulation
We begin with an initial phone call to learn more about your project, timeline, and budget, as well as to provide to you with more information about Jonestar Construction. If you would then like to proceed with scheduling an in-person consultation we come out to your property and provide you with a free estimate. There is no charge to you during this initial phase.

Plan + Design
Once an estimate is accepted and a contract is signed we begin all planning and design services. Our design packages are completely optional and customizable. If you are interested in deign services, our interior designer can work with you to draw up 3D models of your space and works closely with you throughout the duration of the project to assist with layouts and material selections in order to maintain your overall vision from beginning to end. During this phase we also work to pull any necessary permits for your project.

Renovate + Build
As soon as we are ready to begin either demolition or building we have a handoff meeting to introduce our client to our superintendent and project manager, the individuals who will work closely with the client throughout the remainder of the project. We will all work toegether to get your project completed according to contract and will provide a final walkthrough upon project completion to ensure you are fully satisfied with the end results.
