This home was a former model home in need of updating from the inside out. We knocked over walls to create an open floor plan, converted the model home office back into a two-car garage, used open living space to create a flexible bedroom/office on the first floor, added a full bathroom to the first floor for accessible living, and renovated every inch of this 5 bedroom two-story home in order to create an elegant modern look complete with LVT throughout and high end black and gold finishes.
