City of Lakeway – Court Clerks Area & Restroom Renovation
This project involved a full demolition and remodel of the court clerks area and public restrooms, including upgrades to layout, finishes, and ADA accessibility. We installed all new tile work, partitions, fixtures, and accessories in the restrooms to create a cleaner, more modern, and compliant space for public use.
In the court clerks area, our team refreshed the office layout with new cubicle furniture systems, ergonomic seating, updated flooring, and fresh finishes throughout.
Exterior improvements included the addition of a double story metal staircase, providing safe, durable and code-compliant access to the upper level of the building.
